The Grassy Creek HOA held a neighborhood meeting on Monday, April 18th at the Pavilion. As a result, Chris Hoyle will speak on behalf of the Grassy Creek property owners opposing the request submitted by Seacoast to rezone the property at the Planning and Zoning Meeting to be held Wednesday, April 20th at 5pm. All property owners are also encouraged to speak at the P&Z meeting to express their views.
