Special Meeting

Dear Grassy Creek Homeowner:

 

Your Board of Directors has called a Special Meeting of the homeowners to discuss the recent events regarding the Seacoast property that is adjacent to Grassy Creek. 

 

The homeowner’s meeting will be held on Monday, April 18th at 6:30 PM at the Pavilion.  The Board encourages all to attend. 

 

Seacoast recently submitted a rezoning application to the Town of Mount Pleasant.  As stated on the Planning Commission’s Meeting Agenda, they will review the request to amend the Belle Hall Planned Development District ordinance providing for permitted uses as specified in the Town’s ED, Economic Development, zoning district on an approximately 33.68 acre portion of the property and commercial uses on the remaining approximately 12.08 acre portion of the property and to establish development standards for the same on an approximately 45.76 acre parcel of land located at the terminus of Seacoast Parkway and identified by TMS No. 537-00-00-090.

 

The Planning & Zoning Meeting will be held at 5pm on Wednesday, April 20th at the Municipal Complex located at 100 Ann Edwards Lane.
