Grassy Creek continues to grow. In the past several months the ARC has received four applications for new construction projects. Two have recently been given final approval so construction has already begun. There are two additional applications that are in the final stages of review and are expected to begin construction within the next month or so.
The Pavilion has seen many improvements this summer as well. With the addition of a couple of swinging benches, a new larger grill and more seating options, the Pavilion has become a wonderful gathering spot. The Board hopes that more homeowners will utilize the Pavilion.
